Connie served as the Operations Manager and Acting CEO at Meadowbrook Water Co of Merced for 17 years, overseeing the supply of water to approximately 5,500 residents and 55 businesses. Her responsibilities included compliance with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulations, water testing, infrastructure management, and extensive project oversight. Connie's commitment to accuracy and perseverance was instrumental during a rigorous CPUC audit, where her efforts reversed a significant reporting discrepancy and ultimately improved the company's net equity.

Connie’s career also includes office administration at ActiveWayz Engineering and project management for Expo Design Center, where she coordinated multiple high-end residential remodels and navigated complex contracting processes. She has played key roles in contract negotiations, main relocations, and infrastructure extensions—demonstrating versatility across sectors.

In addition to her professional experience, Connie volunteers with the Elder Wisdom Circle, sharing her expertise and support with a global community.
